John McDermott poster (2).png

John McDermott is an international recording star and household name.
Besides his stellar musical career - platinum, double-platinum, triple-platinum albums
and multiple Juno nominations - he is also known for his commitment to
veterans’ causes - the U.S. Congressional Medal of Honour Society's Bob Hope Award,
the Ted Williams Globe & Anchor Award from the USMC and, here at home, a commendation
from the Minister of Veteran’s Affairs for this ongoing work, which includes
his foundation McDermott House Canada, dedicated to improving care in the final stages
of terminal illness and providing a warm, welcoming place to stay for Canada’s veterans, military, first responders and their families.

In concert, whether he is sharing the stage with a topnotch group of musical friends or
touring the world as part of the famed Three Irish Tenors, McDermott continues to enchant audiences with his beautiful voice and sensitive renditions. Though time and travel have introduced him to a wealth of new material and experiences, he manages to incorporate that diversity into his performances, while retaining the beguiling sense of  humour that endeared him to audiences from the beginning. This tour features songs from his latest release, Raised on Songs and Stories, and a variety of favourites from his vast recording catalogue

A delectable evening of story and song, delivered with charm and grace by the consummate craftsman himself, John McDermott.

George Canyon poster .png

Canadian country music legend George Canyon is continually melding his love of family with his passion for music; his integrity and dedication to his family are reflected through the songs he writes and the stories he tells.
A multi-JUNO award winner and PLATINUM selling artist, Canyon’s latest album I Got This finds him back in the saddle; a culmination of two years of writing, and working with incredibly talented writers, producers and musicians.
Showing no signs of slowing down, Canyon is hot off the heels of his near 40 date “Jekyll and Nothing To Hide” 2016 cross Canada tour.
“I wanted to create a record that was fun to play, and exciting for the fans to listen to.  It’s been a while since I’ve had an album of new original songs, and these songs put a smile on my face” says Canyon.
I Got This debuted as the #1 Canadian Country album at its time of release (Feb 5th, 2016), and held the top spot for 5 weeks.
The first single, and title track went Top 10 in Canada at Country radio. His new single, entitled “Daughters Of The Sun” was recently released to Country radio and is already poised to be a summer smash for Canyon.
I Got This marks Canyon’s eleventh full-length release in a career that spans nearly two decades and includes the GOLD-certified albums “One Good Friend”, “Classics”, “Somebody Wrote Love” and the Richard Marx produced “Better Be Home Soon”.
With 400,000 albums sold worldwide, multiple major acting roles on television, and the 2015 launch of his radio show “Down East Country with George Canyon”, the singer-songwriter has cemented his status as a bona fide multi-faceted artist and performer.
A Nova Scotia native, Canyon was recently inducted into the Nova Scotia Country Music Hall of Fame and has been widely decorated with a number of accolades including multiple CCMA and ECMA Awards in addition to his multiple JUNO Award wins.
As the national spokesperson for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation and a vocal advocate and supporter of the Canadian Military, Canyon was also presented with the CCMA “Humanitarian of the Year” Award in recognition of his philanthropic endeavours with both organizations.
