LUNCHTIME THEATRE PRESENTATION

 “Tickle, Tickle, There’s Trouble in Gristle

A Captain Squiggles Tale of Giggles”

June 24th and 28th, 2010  6:30 pm

 

Written by Aaron LeBlanc

Directed by Courtney Hamilton

 

Requires:

2 Females ages 12-25

5 Males ages 12-30

1 Male ages 30-60

 

Characters:

John: A Townsperson of Gristle who gets kidnapped by the Tickler of Terror.

Mary: John’s rather attractive little sister.

Tickler of Terror: A terrifying villain who sparks fear in the Townspeople of Gristle.

Captain Squiggles: The leader of the Awkward Alliance, a real nerdy sort of superhero.

Lightning Liz:  A ditzy, high energy superhero, but not always the brightest.

Stretch-O:  A once stretchy hero who lost his elasticity, talks a-lot about the good old days and is rarely content.

Pigeonboy:  Another washed up superhero that could once fly, but now serves as a foot patrolman on the village watch.

Old Man Thompson: A Hermit who lives just outside the town of Gristle

 



ZOMBIE APOCALYPSE ON STAGE

Monday June 14 and Wednesday June 16 at 6:30pm at Th’YARC

Requires:

4 Females ages 16-25

2 Males ages 20-30

 

Characters:

Med.......A witty and sarcastic woman who looks on the bright side out of spite.

Scout......A protective former Gunner in the Canadian Forces. Scavenges the area for supplies.

Nic......The only male in a house of four people. Mostly objective in terms of peace keeping.

Snipe.....The negative, cynical of the house. Her and Med are constantly battling verbally.

Tonic.....A scared-silent young teenage girl who is rescued by Scout.

Gin........A desperate older man who accompanies Tonic.

Performance dates in August 2010.
There are 7 major roles, 8 intermediate roles,
12 additional speaking roles available.
The auditions for the above will be held late February.
Directed by Wilfred Allan.
