ELVIS GREATEST HITS BY THANE DUNN and the CADILLAC KINGS
May 1st, 8 pm

This is the tribute show that everyone's talking about,
Winner of the 2009 Worlds largest Elvis Tribute artist contest
Thane Dunn has been called a walking, talking, reincarnation of
the late Presley. From his natural resemblance, to his uncanny Elvis
like voice and a magnetic stage persona has left people across
North America believing Elvis never left the building. No expense has
been spared in this production, even the jumpsuits he wears onstage
are exact replicas of those worn by Elvis, made by the same people
who made the originals. Thane is an Elvis fan first and considers
himself a very lucky man to make a living doing a tribute to his childhood Idol.
Authentically recreating the TCB Band The Cadillac Kings
are the backbeat to this amazing show. All seasoned pros,
they hit every lick note for note. Elvis Greatest Hits contains
your favourite Presley classics, from Love Me Tender,
Suspicious Minds, My Way to How Great Thou Art and many others.
Whether you love Elvis or just love to be entertained this is the
show for the whole family. Tickets make great Mothers Day gifts!

DEREK EDWARDS
"It's A Blunderful life"
May 9th 8 pm

Derek Edwards' hilarious ruminations on his Blunderful Life is a wildly entertaining
comedic expose by "a virtuoso at the peak of performance". With a wit and will forged in
Northern Canada, he guides us through the pivotal life moments we're all
confronted by in our 20s, 30s, 40s, and on....snapshots of the past and the world around us,
skewed and imbued with a small town charm and tempered with an inimitable quirky perspective.
Is it really wrong, he wonders, to extend a misspent youth that extra 30 years?
A 14-year vet of Just For Laughs Festival in Montreal and the only Canadian to win the
prestigious Vail, Colorado, International Comedy Competition, Edwards is universally
considered to be among the top comics in the country. Certainly his peers think so,
as evidenced by the fact that he's a four-time nominee, and winner of Best Stand-up Comic-
Canadian Comedy Awards, and by his Gemini nominations for Best Performance in a Comedy.
